These terms apply when you use curvedenim.com or buy from Curve Denim, a business operated by Chet Hefton in Anna, Texas. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Promotions and discounts

Bundle pricing: in any combination of sizes and colors, every pair is 10% off when your bag has 2 pairs, and 15% off when it has 3 or more. The discount is shown in your bag before checkout.

Email signup code: takes $10 off a first order of $50 or more, can be used once per customer, has no cash value and is entered at checkout. It can be used together with bundle pricing but not with other promotion codes.

If you return part of a bundle order, the refund for the returned pairs is the discounted price you paid for them.

We may change or end a promotion at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Product information and images

We work to describe every product accurately. Some photos on our site are digitally created or styled to show how the jeans look when worn. Tops, shoes and accessories shown with the jeans are not included.

Colors and washes can look slightly different depending on your screen. Denim is a natural material and the wash can vary slightly from pair to pair.

Shipping

Delivery estimates and rates are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Curve Denim is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
