Shipping

Shipping is free on every US order.

Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive in about 7 to 15 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Orders with more than one item usually ship together, but may arrive in separate packages.

We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide.

International shipping is a flat $9.99, or free when your order has 2 or more pairs of jeans. Most international orders arrive in about 5 to 15 business days after they ship. Prices are in US dollars, and any import duties or taxes your country charges are paid by you on delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email support@curvedenim.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we'll make it right.

30-day returns

Not the right fit? You can return jeans within 30 days of delivery for a refund. (Shapewear is final sale; see below.)

Items must be unworn (trying them on is fine), unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

To start a return, email support@curvedenim.com with your order number and which pairs you're returning. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send them to. Please don't mail returns to our business address; they can't be processed there.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, including on international orders. We recommend a trackable service.

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the price you paid for those pairs to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Shapewear is final sale

For hygiene reasons, our Smoothing Shorts and Lifting Briefs can't be returned or exchanged. Please check the size guide on their page before you order, and size up if you're between sizes.

If your shapewear arrives damaged or defective, or isn't the color or size you ordered, email support@curvedenim.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it.

Exchanges

Want a different size? The fastest way is to place a new order for the size you need and return the original for a refund. Tip: with 2 pairs in your bag every pair is $44.99 ($39.99 each with 3 or more), so ordering two sizes at once is the easiest way to find your fit.
